Question: I’ve tried to import block from studio block and followed guide step by step. But import didn’t work properly. What is the reason and how to solve it?

Well, it depends on which block category you are going to import from our UDesign Studio Block.

In UDesign, some widgets in your favorite blocks are available by installing additional plugins or elementor settings are enabled.

1. If your favorite block contains contact form or wpforms, you must install Contact form 7 or WPForms plugins first. Navigate to plugins and install Contact form 7 plugin or wpforms plugin first.

2. If your favorite block has widgets such as interactive banner, image accordion, switcher and alpus nested slider which is supported only in container flexbox mode, you must set elementor options as follows:

Step 1: Navigate to Plugins and install Alpus flexbox addons plugin.

Step 2: Navigate to Elementor / Settings and click the features tab.

Step 3: Make Status of “Nested Elements” and “Flexbox container” as active and click save button.
