We understand that maybe you have a problem while using our theme for your site and therefore, we kindly support to resolve all of your issues that you face with our theme.
All of our items from purchased package come with 6 months of included support and lifetime free updates for you.
Once 6 months of included support is up, you need to extend support for 6 or 12 months further. Even if you don’t want to extend your support, you will still have opportunities to report bugs via email or item comments.

1. How to renew / extend item support?
You can fully renew or extend item support by yourself if you have less than 6 months support remaining as far as the author is supporting the item.

2. Our Support System
We have our own well-secured support system to resolve your issues and our support is limited to only questions regarding our theme’s features or problems related with the use of our them.
You will be able to find our support system here.
Item Support DOES Include:
- Author availability to answer questions
- Answering technical questions about item features
- Assistance with reported bugs and issues
- Help with bundled 3rd party plugins
We recommend you to follow below instructions before you submit ticket. It is very useful for you to resolve your issues ASAP.
- Make sure you are running latest version of UDesign and WordPress.
- Check our documentation and find proper answer for your issue.
- Disable any additional 3rd party plugins and see if issues still exist.
- Activate default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty One) and check issues still exist. If it does not, you can ensure it comes from UDesign.
