To allow customers to create an account on the MyAccount page, navigate Woocommerce > Settings and click Accounts & Policy tab.

Now users can login and register as a vendor from my-account page.

On the My Account page, you will be able to register account as a vendor by checking I am a vendor.

Once you click I am a vendor radio button, you will get a form to fill information for vendor registration as below.
