All of our items from purchased package come with 6 months of included support and lifetime free updates for you.

Once 6 months of included support is up, you need to extend support for 6 or 12 months further. Even if you don’t want to extend your support, you will still have opportunities to report bugs via email or item comments.

You can fully renew or extend item support by yourself if you have less than 6 months support remaining as far as the author is supporting the item.

Before you submit a ticket.

We recommend you to follow below instructions before you submit ticket. It is very useful to you to resolve your issues ASAP.

• Make sure you are running latest version of wolmart and wordpress.
• Check our documentation and find proper answer for your issue.
• Disable any additional 3^rd part plugins and see if issues still exist.
• Activate default wordpress theme (Twenty Twenty One) and check issues still exist. If it does not, you can ensure it comes from Wolmart.
